Brooks Serenity Home\, Inc. is a newly launched nonprofit organization in Birmingham\, Alabama\, dedicated to serving high school-aged girls (14–18) who have experienced trauma\, neglect\, or displacement. Our mission is to provide a safe\, stable\, and supportive home environment where these young women can heal\, grow\, and build a foundation for a brighter future.\n\nFounder\, Executive Director of A.E. Brooks Serenity Homes\, Tomeka Mills\, is proud to announce plans to build Birmingham’s first purpose-built group home for teen girls\, designed from the ground up to meet their unique needs. Through our trauma-informed care model\,\n\nSHE (Strong – Healing – Empowered)\, we provide emotional healing\, life skills development\, and pathways to long-term stability.
