The show runs November 20–22\, 2025 at the historic Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame / Carver Theatre\, and promises a weekend filled with big laughs\, soulful storytelling\, and unforgettable performances. \nSet inside a lively downtown Birmingham condo building\, Soul Food: Another Serving explores love\, second chances\, community\, and the flavor of Black family spirit. When newly single Nicolette moves in with her teenage son\, what she hopes will be a fresh start quickly becomes a sizzling mix of romance\, comedy\, and neighborly chaos—seasoned just right. \nA STANDOUT CAST BRINGING THE STORY TO LIFE \nThis year’s cast features an exciting lineup of powerhouse performers\, beloved personalities\, and emerging talent: \nSHARRON COLLINS \nA powerhouse vocalist\, songwriter\, and actress from Fairfield\, Alabama. Classically trained in voice and piano at the University of Montevallo\, Sharron continues to shine on stage and on the mic — performing with BB King’s All-Stars and preparing to release her debut EP. Now she brings her soulful voice and magnetic presence to SOUL FOOD: ANOTHER SERVING as Nicolette. \nRAY LAVENDER \nRecording artist and actor Ray Lavender (known for chart-topping R&B singles\, national tours\, and his breakout season on TV One’s The Ultimate Merger and Tyler Perry’s “Hell Hath No Fury Like a Woman Scorned”) stars in the role of Rick. Lavender’s commanding stage presence and smooth charisma bring undeniable energy to the production. \nTRISTAN “FLOSS THE MACK” McFARLAND \nA viral star\, comedian\, and online personality with a massive social media following\, Tristan “Floss the Mack” McFarland brings his signature humor\, swagger\, and authenticity to the stage. Fans know him from his comedic skits\, motivational content\, and digital influence across multiple platforms. In Soul Food\, he delivers one of his most memorable performances yet. \nVALENCIA “MRS. V” JOHNSON \nCelebrated comedian\, playwright\, minister\, and empowerment speaker Mrs. V brings heart\, humor\, and soul to the role of Eunice. A national touring comic who has performed in arenas and appeared on network television\, she is also a NAACP Community Contributor of the Year and creator of hit plays Bonita the Bag Lady and Heaven’s Grocery Store. \nKENNETH LEE \nFitness influencer\, podcaster\, and television personality Kenneth Lee (widely recognized from OWN’s Love & Marriage: Huntsville) joins the cast as Darnell.
