DESCRIPTION:The African American Male Wellness Agency is bringing Black Men’s Wellness Day to Birmingham on Saturday\, October 24\, 2026\, at Legion Field with a simple but important message: “Get Checked Out\, Not Checked In!” \nThe free community event encourages Black men to take a proactive approach to their health through free health screenings\, while bringing families and the community together for a morning of wellness\, physical activity and entertainment. \nActivities will include a 5K Walk & Run\, vendors\, a Kids Zone and entertainment.
