Truman Scholarship Foundation\, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and an instrumentality of the Housing Authority of the Birmingham District (HABD)\, has been changing lives since its founding in 2012. \n\n\n\nOriginally established as the HABD Scholarship Foundation\, the organization was renamed in 2018 to honor the legacy of Naomi H.
