DESCRIPTION:BIRMINGHAM\, AL — Women Under Construction Network invites the Birmingham community to get moving\, have fun and celebrate health and wellness during the Last Dance Freedom Friday in the Park on Friday\, September 11\, 2026. \nPresented as “Dance: The Women’s Health & Wellness Power Tool\,” the free community event will bring an evening of movement\, music and fellowship to Avondale Park from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. \nParticipants can experience a variety of multicultural dances led by dance instructors\, along with music from a live DJ\, vendors\, snacks and more. \nThe event combines entertainment with an important message about encouraging women to embrace physical activity as part of a healthy and active lifestyle.
