The concert\, scheduled for Friday\, May 26\, 2024\, will take place at the Uptown Jazz Lounge in Birmingham\, AL.  \nDonny Hathaway\, a soul singer and songwriter\, battled with mental illness throughout his life. In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month\, Brother Let’s Talk is hosting this concert to celebrate Hathaway‘s musical legacy while raising awareness about mental health issues in the community. \nThe concert will feature performances by acclaimed artist Frank McComb\, known for his soulful sound and musical prowess. In addition\, Donnita Hathaway\, daughter of Donny Hathaway and Founder of The Donny Hathaway Legacy Project\, will be the special guest in the evening.
